Our photographer Jesse Freidin is a local Santa Fean, and is proud to have our very first virtual book tour event for ‘When Dogs Heal’ hosted by the amazing Collected Works Bookstore which is right in the heart of the Santa Fe plaza. We launch our virtual book tour with a one hour Zoom chat with photographer Jesse Freidin, and the book’s inspiration Dr Robert Garofalo. Assistance Dogs of the West will be joining us to tell us how their amazing work with therapy dogs highlights the work of ‘When Dogs Heal’ - that dogs and humans can heal together. We’ll also invite two people from the Zoom crowd to share their own personal stories of how their dogs have helped them move through illness, as well as time for Q + A.
